Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, clearance events, or with special discounts are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:

• You receive a damaged product.

• You receive a defective product.

To request an exchange:

• Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Share clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the issue.

Exchange Conditions

• Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless otherwise approved by Morra.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

• Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, a replacement will be dispatched at the earliest.

Return Policy

At Morra, all purchases are considered final.

We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, except where required by applicable law or where specifically approved by our customer support team under exceptional circumstances.

Refunds are generally not offered unless Morra is unable to provide a replacement for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

• Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

• Provide your order number along with clear images and/or an unboxing video for verification.

Requests submitted after the specified timeframe may not qualify for replacement or other resolutions.

Product Variations

Many Morra products feature intricate craftsmanship, embroidery, embellishments, prints, or handcrafted details.

Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, print placement, embroidery, or embellishments are natural characteristics of handcrafted and premium fashion products and should not be considered manufacturing defects.

Additionally, slight shedding of decorative elements such as sequins, beads, stones, or embroidery threads during transit or initial unpacking may occur and is considered normal.

We recommend opening your package carefully to protect delicate embellishments.

These natural characteristics are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

For Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation and refund eligibility will be governed by the applicable Partial COD Terms & Conditions.
