Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) – Terms & Conditions

At Morra, we offer a Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option to provide greater convenience and flexibility for our customers. By selecting this payment method, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

• Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders delivered within India.

• International orders are not eligible for this payment option.

Advance Payment

• A 50% advance payment of the total order value is mandatory to confirm a Partial COD order.

• Orders will be processed and dispatched only after the advance payment has been successfully received.

• The remaining 50% balance must be paid to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

Order Confirmation

• Your order will be considered confirmed only after the advance payment has been successfully completed.

• Morra reserves the right to cancel or hold any order if the advance payment is not received within the specified time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The 50% advance payment is non-refundable if:

  • The order is cancelled after confirmation.

  • The customer refuses to accept the delivery.

  • The delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or repeated failed delivery attempts.

• Any applicable shipping, handling, or logistics charges may also be deducted or charged where applicable.

Delivery

• The outstanding 50% balance must be paid to the delivery partner at the time of receiving your order.

• Failure to make the remaining payment may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the advance payment.

Right to Refuse Service

Morra reserves the right to decline the Partial COD facility for any customer, order, product, or location at its sole discretion without prior notice.
